Protect the Crops

Help Protect Stranded Crops

Businesses and other organizations are encouraged to help farmers and the County spread the word about an important issue. Many valuable crops are stranded in the field as a result of a wet and poor harvest season.

Farmers can download the brief pdf notice below, print it off and display it on their property. If your business or association serves off-road enthusiasts, we encourage you to also download and print the pdf notice below and display it in a visible location.

Our local farmers will thank you for it!

The County is also providing up to five free signs that farmers can post on their land to let people know there is stranded crop present. To obtain your signs, please contact the Agriculture department at 780-532-9727.
