M.E.L.T. - How the new laws impact the trucking/transport industry.

Mandatory training for new Class 1 and Class 2 commercial drivers will result in safer, more highly skilled drivers working in the trucking and bussing industries.

Effective March 1, 2019, drivers seeking a Class 1 (tractor trailer) or Class 2 (Bus) license are required to complete Mandatory Entry-Level Training (MELT) to apply for their license.

What does this mean for your business and the trucking/transport industry?

The County of Grande Prairie Business Support Network is pleased to present the "M.EL.T. - how these laws impact the transport/trucking industry" with Alberta Motor Transport Association representative Andrew Barnes.
