Citizen Satisfaction Survey
Have your say in the 2023 County of Grande Prairie Citizen Satisfaction Survey!
Survey extended to December 1!
The County's Citizen Satisfaction Survey has been extended to Friday, December 1. County of Grande Prairie residents are being asked to share their thoughts in a citizen satisfaction online survey conducted by public opinion researcher Leger.
Similar to past citizen surveys, residents are being asked to share their views on living and working in the County; important issues; County services; use of tax dollars; and more.
County residents will not receive a call. Instead, all households were mailed a letter with an invitation to participate and share their views through the survey. The letter includes a link to the online survey along with a PIN.
To access the online survey:
- Enter the link from your letter, https://api.legerweb.com/CountyGPCITSAT2023 or scan the QR code below.
- Once you are in the survey, enter the PIN code from your letter.
All results are confidential and help guide the County’s strategic planning processes and provide valuable insights into what is currently working well and areas needing improvement. Completing the survey online provides a random sampling of opinions that are representative of the County as a whole.
Once complete, the survey results will be reported to County Council and the public.
