The Rural Acreage Owner Restricted Pesticide Certificate Program (RAORCP) is a collaborative effort between Lakeland College, Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development and the County of Grande Prairie. Acreage owners can learn how to control noxious and prohibited noxious weeds on their land and become certified to apply specified herbicides.

How can I apply?

Start today, complete the registration form on the Lakeland College Rural Acreage Owner Restricted Program Certification Program website. After you are certified, you will work with the Agricultural Fieldman to control or eradicate regulated weeds on your property as specified under the Weed Control Act
