County of Grande Prairie crews dedicated to residential snow removal will begin clearing Clairmont from 100 Ave to 116 Ave on Friday, March 10. Parking restrictions will be in place between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Motorists are reminded to watch the digital “No Parking” signs when entering Clairmont between 100 Ave and 116 Ave. When the signs are lit, temporary parking restrictions are in place and street parking is not permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Vehicles left on the street when a parking restriction is in place may be ticketed and/or towed. Residents are reminded that piling snow onto roadways is illegal and could result in a $100 fine, as it slows the snow clearing process and creates a traffic safety hazard.
