County crews dedicated to residential snow removal will begin clearing in the Wedgewood, Taylor Estates and Maple Ridge subdivisions on Wednesday, November 24. Temporary parking restrictions will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

During heavy snowfall, temporary parking restrictions are put in place 24 hours in advance, when possible, and “No Parking” signage will be posted at entrances to the area. When “No Parking” signs are visible, parking on roadways and streets is not permitted between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

New for this winter season, residents are encouraged to subscribe to stay in the know about snow removal at As crews make progress clearing in these residential areas and new temporary parking restrictions are put in place, updates will be emailed to webpage subscribers and applied to the interactive web map.

Vehicles left on the street when a parking restriction is in place may be ticketed and/or towed. Residents are reminded that piling snow onto roadways is illegal and could result in a $100 fine, as it slows the snow clearing process and creates a traffic safety hazard.
