
Campgrounds, Parks and Playgrounds
We acknowledge that all Parks and Recreation facilities are located on the homeland of the many diverse First Nations and Métis people whose ancestors have walked this land since time immemorial. We are grateful to work, live and learn on the traditional territory of Treaty 8.
Winter Day Use Hours are in effect for Campgrounds and Parks. Please visit the parks on weekends between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Campgrounds and Parks do not open for Winter Day Use if the Environment Canada daily temperature with a wind chill feels like -20 Celsius or colder.
COVID-19 Restrictions
COVID-19 Restrictions and precautions remain in place. Current restrictions are:
- No social gatherings in your home or outside your community
- No indoor or outdoor social gatherings
- Outdoor recreation (walking, cycling, skiing etc) is allowed with 2m distancing requirements

Overnight Camping - Group and Individual
Visit these locations for a great camping experience. Day Use is available until 11 PM.
For special events or group functions, please review our Event and Group Use Directive first.

These areas are day use until 11 PM and can be booked for group camping functions. No individual camping available.

Day Use Areas
These areas are ideal for day trips. No overnight stays allowed.



Bear Smart
Whenever you venture outdoors, practice Bear Smart principles. We want all your wildlife experiences to be positive and safe for you and the animals.
- Stay in a Group
- Make noise
- Keep pets on leash
- Don't feed wildlife
- Carry bear spray or bear bangers
- Don't use noise cancelling headphones or ear buds with loud music
