Landfill Hours of Operation

Please be advised that the West Grande Prairie Regional Transfer Station will be closed from August 5, 2025 until September 20, 2025 for upgrades.

Clairmont Centre for Recycling & Waste Management Open Monday to Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Open Statutory Holidays except Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Family Day.

Last loads of the day - All commercial & residential truck and trailer loads tipping at the landfill face must cross the inbound scale by 5:30 p.m. All customers need to be unloaded by 6:00 p.m. and clear of the scale.

* Please check your dump trailer battery and operation before loading to ensure it works.
