Complete the County’s Online Citizen Satisfaction Survey by December 12
The County of Grande Prairie is inviting residents to help shape Council’s decisions by completing the County’s online 2025 Citizen Satisfaction Survey conducted by public opinion researcher, Leger.
“The survey provides an opportunity for Council to gain an understanding of what our residents believe the County should prioritize moving forward,” says Reeve Amanda McDonald. “Feedback from our residents is vital for setting our strategic direction and also provides a measure of overall satisfaction.”
Conducted every two years, the anonymous and confidential survey asks residents about their quality of life and experiences with the County’s programs, opportunities, and services.
“During the week of November 10, all County households will receive a letter from Leger inviting them to complete the online survey,” says Lesley Nielsen-Bjerke, Director of Communications and Marketing. “The letter includes a link and a QR scan code to access the survey, along with a unique PIN that residents will need to enter to provide their responses.”
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. County residents have until December 12, 2025, to provide their feedback.
