| Description | The Historical Resources Act, RSA 2000 permits a municipality to designate any Historic Resource within the municipality whose preservation it considers to be in the public interest together with any land on which it is located. The main purpose is to encourage and enable the process of the preservation of the buildings and sites of historic significance within the jurisdiction of the County. |
