Elections for County Councillor were held in Divisions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9. In Division 1, a voting station was available for voters to cast their ballots in the school board election.
The 2025 election saw 3,228 County residents cast their ballots, 20.87 per cent of the 15,468 eligible voters residing in the seven divisions with elections. Voter turnout decreased approximately 34 per cent compared to the 2021 municipal election, when just over 4,895 residents voted in five Council elections while four divisions were acclaimed.
A total of 949 voters cast their ballots during the Advance Vote, compared to 857 advance votes in 2021.
All Councillors will be officially sworn into Council, and Council will elect the Reeve and Deputy Reeve at the annual organizational meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, October 27.
