Divisional Funding Allocated to La Glace Recreation Centre  — Council approved the allocation of $1.6 million for the La Glace Recreation Centre for Division 8 in accordance with Policy C40 – Divisional Equitable Fiscal Allocation. As per the policy, Council can allocate up to $1.6 million every four years in each of the nine divisions to fund capital projects for infrastructure and County owned or supported recreation infrastructure.

Analysis and Reporting Position Changes — Council directed Administration to replace the Asset Management Advisor position with an Analysis and Reporting II position update various job descriptions to include asset management responsibilities and proceed with recruitment. 

Sponsorship Request — Council approved the $2,500 (Gold Sponsor) sponsorship request from Peace Regional 4-H Council for the Peace Regional 4-H Rally on April 24-26, 2026.

The next Regular Council Meeting will take place on February 23, 2026. The next Committee of the Whole Meeting will take place on February 12, 2026.
