Join the Upcoming Windsor Area Open House

The County of Grande Prairie is inviting residents to learn about the proposed Windsor Area Structure Plan (ASP) and provide their thoughts about how the area should grow. Windsor is the area south of Highway 43 between Range Road 62 and Range Road 63, north of Grande Prairie in the Hamlet of Clairmont. 

The Windsor ASP is the long-term framework that will guide how approximately 388 hectares will develop and grow. The plan outlines proposed locations for housing, parks, schools and trails, and the businesses, services, and infrastructure to support a connected neighbourhood. 

Residents are encouraged to attend the open house to learn more about the area structure plan, ask questions, and share their feedback. 

Open House Details

Date: Tuesday, February 3, 2026 
Time: Drop-in between 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 
Location: Whispering Ridge School Library, 10320 149 Ave, Grande Prairie

County planners will be available at the open house to provide information and answer questions. Information boards and maps will also be available for residents’ feedback.
