Storm Line Flushing – Maple Ridge and Taylor Estates
Crews will be flushing a storm line that runs between Maple Ridge and Taylor Estates subdivisions on Monday, January 19, 2026, in the area of Willow Grove Way and Alder Street.
This work is being completed to remove sludge build-up which has been causing unpleasant odours during the recent freeze-thaw conditions.
What to expect:
- Flushing is expected to begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning.
- Work is expected to take between four to six hours.
- Portions of the walking path and roadside may need to be blocked.
- Residents may notice noise from trucks.
