100 Years of Farming Awards
The Agricultural Service Board (ASB) recognizes agricultural families who have farmed or ranched in the County of Grande Prairie for 100 years or more.
Heritage Award
- Recognizes farm/ranch families who homesteaded and continuously farmed/ranched the same land for 100 years or more
Pioneer Award
- Recognizes families who have lived and farmed/ranched within the County of Grande Prairie for 100 years or more.

Download the form below and use either method to submit your nomination:
- If filling out electronically, please email your completed version to the Agriculture Department
- If filling out by hand, please either:
- Mail it to Agriculture - County of Grande Prairie #1 at 10001 - 84 Ave, Clairmont, AB, T8X 5B2, or
- Drop it off at the Community Services Building
- Our doors are open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays

A locally crafted metal gate sign will be presented to you by a member of Council or the Agricultural Service Board and the Agricultural Fieldman, either in Council Chambers or at your farm or ranch.
