The National Bee Diagnostic Centre (NBDC)
The NBDC is the only dedicated laboratory in Canada providing comprehensive diagnostic services to the beekeeping industry for a healthy, sustainable and profitable apiculture.

Our region is served by Canadian National Railway. High load capacity lines connect with the CN mainline at Hinton, linking Grande Prairie to the port of Vancouver, Prince Rupert and the rest of North America.
Side Group Rail provides rail reload and transportation services with seven facilities in the Peace Country. Managing broad inventories, Side Group Rail directs the movement of $500 million dollars of goods annually from their Grande Prairie operations.
Major Investments:
Richardson Pioneer Limited has completed and implemented its new high-throughput grain elevator in Huallen, Alberta. With a storage capacity of 45,000 metric tonnes and the ability to load 150 cars using a loop track design, the facility is now fully functional, enhancing grain-handling efficiency in the region.
