Water Advisory in Teepee Creek Ends

The County of Grande Prairie is advising residents of Teepee Creek that the water advisory issued March 9 has ended. 

All residents must flush all water lines in their homes for a minimum of 20 minutes before using the water for drinking or cooking. After flushing lines, the water will be potable and safe for drinking and cooking. 

Temporary repairs to the community’s water system are complete. Final repairs are pending equipment delivery and are expected to be completed in approximately six weeks. Residents will be notified when the final repairs are complete.
