Located on the north shore of Bear Lake. Overnight camping, group camping and day use are all available.
There are 11 individual sites with 30 amp power, as well as 5 individual un-serviced sites and 1 group site with no hook ups.
Amenities include a group day-use shelter, non-potable water tap, outdoor restrooms, large playground, ball diamond, and a lovely waterfront for picnicking and daydreaming.
Bear Lake is large and shallow, and small hand-launched watercraft can be launched from the park's floating dock with kayak launch. The County of Grande Prairie is not responsible for any damages to watercraft.
A $7 nightly fire permit fee will be in place at all County campgrounds to supplement the costs of firewood handling and firepit safety maintenance.
$29 / night individual campsite (one hard-sided camping unit, one tent and one vehicle) plus $7 fire permit fee / night. $5 online reservation fee / booking.
$39 / night individual powered campsite (one hard-sided camping unit, one tent and one vehicle) plus $7 fire permit fee / night. $5 online reservation fee / booking.
$165 / night group campsite includes 5 units. (w $25 daily fire permit included) plus $5 online reservation fee / booking.
$55 / half-day for private function in the day-use shelter, $5 online reservation fee / booking.
Master card and Visa accepted. No American Express or cheques.
Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 2:00 PM.
