Located 20 Km east of Grande Prairie. Overnight camping and day use are both available. 9 sites, no hook ups.
Kleskun Hill offers a fascinating glimpse at Canada's northernmost badlands ecosystem. The area is comprised of a Natural Area, historic village, day use area and campground. Kleskun Hill has a rich history and deep sacred value to local Indigenous communities.
Amenities include an indoor shower/washroom, non-potable water tap, outdoor restrooms, large playground, and hiking trails in the natural area. Fire pits and picnic tables in the day-use area.
A $7 nightly fire permit fee will be in place at all County campgrounds to supplement the costs of firewood handling and firepit safety maintenance.
$29 / night individual campsite (one hard-sided camping unit, one tent and one vehicle) plus $7 fire permit fee. $5 online reservation fee / booking.
$35 / half-day for private function in the day-use area plus $5 online reservation fee / booking.
Mastercard and Visa accepted. No American Express or cheques.
Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 2:00 PM.
