County BBQ

You can use the County BBQ for free at your event if you are:

• Located within the County of Grande Prairie and;
• A non-profit, charity or community volunteer group or;
• A private company hosting a fundraiser for a non-profit, charity or volunteer group.

              *Please note the County BBQ is not available for private rentals.                                          

Rental Season

May 1 to October 15 annually

Fees

There is no rental fee, but renters must provide a $100 refundable damage deposit

Conditions

Reservations must be minimum 14 days before events

Reservations can be a maximum of one year in advance

The BBQ can be at your event for a maximum 4 hours (transit time not included)

The County will transport the BBQ to and from your event

Renter is responsible for cooking and applicable Alberta Health Services permits.
