Glen Leslie Church

The Glen Leslie Church is a charming log church on Highway 670 near Bezanson.

Events

You can view or rent the church for weddings, funerals, or services from May 1 – October 31. Rentals cost $100 plus a refundable security deposit.

The building holds up to 50 people. It does not have power or water.

The Glen Leslie Church was built in 1915 near the homestead of Thomas Leslie. It has served as a schoolhouse as well as a church.

It was restored and designated a Provincial Historic Site in 2015.

Students from the Somme School District in 1923. The church was their schoolhouse.

The Restoration Project included lifting the roof to replace individual logs from the walls.
