Community School Liaison Program

The Community School Liaison Program provides vital support to students and families experiencing challenges at home or in school. Trained Liaison Counsellors work collaboratively with schools, Family and Community Support Services, and local agencies to ensure that children and youth have access to the resources they need to thrive. Available to students, parents, school staff, and partnering organizations across the County, the program facilitates connections to helpful information, guidance, and intervention services.

We work together to help students and families thrive by learning new skills or getting the support they need. We have community school liaison counsellors in the following schools in the County:
