Our paid responders are regular people that wish to help their communities. They come from all walks of life and want to make a difference. Our paid responders provide their time to train and respond to incidents and work beside our career and volunteer firefighters from other stations. They are trained, dedicated and committed to helping people in their time of need. You can train to become a medical first responder, firefighter or both.
Paid responders are compensated by the County to train and respond to incidents; the training provided is internationally recognized and transferable.
