Standard Tipping Fees

As of January 1, 2025, disposal fees have changed on select items:

• Topsoil, soil with vegetation or any other soil not usable by the landfill is now $95.00/tonne.
• Yard waste, manure, vegetation (excluding wood) is now $95.00/tonne.
• Mattresses (not box springs) are now $25.00/unit.
• Refrigeration units (fridge, freezer, AC, watercooler, etc.) are $25.00/unit for residential units. Commercial units are $65.00/unit.
  • There is no charge for units that are drained and have certificate from a licensed HVAC company.
