Additional Development Permit Related Forms

• Applicant's Authorization is required if the applicant is acting on behalf of a registered landowner, as well as authorizes a County representative entry on to the site to evaluate it for the proposed development.
• Time Extension on Approved Development is required if an applicant would like to request additional time to complete an approved development.

Additional Construction Details

• Demolition permit details are to be provided when demolishing a structure.
• Deck construction details can be submitted in place of blueprints.
• Garage construction details can be submitted in place of blueprints.
• Hydronic Heating details should be submitted with all building permit applications requiring hydronic in floor heat.
• Solid Fuel Burning Appliance details should be submitted with all building permit applications requiring a wood, pellet, or other solid fuel fireplace or stove.
