Land Use Concerns

The County manages development and land use with its Land Use Bylaw. This bylaw also regulates the process to enforces unauthorized development and misuse of County of Grande Prairie No.1 Land Use Bylaw land to protect neighbourhoods against unsafe and unauthorized development.

If you have concerns about how a property is being used, you can email Planning and Development Services. A Compliance Officer will investigate and follow up on your concern.
