Municipal Planning Commission

The Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) is the subdivision approving authority for the County. The Commission's membership is made up of County Council. Their role is to make decisions on subdivision and major development permit applications. The Commission also has authority under the Land Use Bylaw to make decisions on any discretionary development proposal.

Anyone wishing to make a presentation to a file on an agenda may do so. Instructions for making a presentation are posted with the agenda for the applicable hearing which can be found in the Schedule of Meetings calendar.
