Scheduled Public Hearings
Public hearings are an opportunity for Council to hear from anyone affected by proposed bylaws or resolutions, including proposed amendments to the Land Use Bylaw or new or amended Area Structure Plans, prior to making a decision on the matter.
Public hearings are scheduled during regular Council meetings beginning at 1:00 pm in the order they appear on the agenda. The length of individual hearings can vary, therefore exact start times for specific applications cannot be provided.
You can speak at the hearing or provide written comments in advance. Written submissions must be received at least 5 days before the scheduled hearing date. Note any information you provide may be made public subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. If you wish to speak at a hearing, you will be invited to do so by the Chair as per the Procedural Bylaw. Visit the Council Calendar and select the Council Meeting or call 780-532-9722 for information on how to participate.

1. The purpose of this amendment is to designate part of SE-20-71-3-W6 located west of RGE RD 34
and south of TWP RD 713A , within the Wapiti River Subdivision, from County Residential (CR-4)
to Country Residential (CR-5) to support boundary adjustment with Plan 2421088; Block 3; Lot 2A.

2. The purpose of this amendment is to designate part of SW-16-72-4-W6 located east of RGE RD
44 and north of HWY 43 from Agriculture (AG) to Highway Industrial (RM-4) to accommodate the
